KEEPING UP APPEARANCES

 

No, we're not talking about the British sit-com. We're talking about our community. Many homeowners have started or may be planning home improvement projects for the summer. Lake Ridge Meadows urges you to be safe and take all of the necessary precautions to insure a successful home improvement project. One such precaution is to make certain that you have HOA approval for all work that requires an approved Architectural Review Board (ARB) application.

There have been a number of roof replacement ARB's approved this spring. Be sure to review the ROOFING GUIDELINES and share them with your contractors, to insure compliance with the DCCR's.

Many homes are getting a much needed facelift with newly painted surfaces. Please consult the DCCR's regarding approved paint schemes and colors.

Thank you for keeping our community attractive and inviting. Lake Ridge Meadows is one of the most pleasant communities in Lee's Summit.
